Hi, I'm Naymur Rahman (内穆尔)
Passionate about leading teams, delivering high-quality products, and inspiring others to achieve their best.
My journey into Product Management began over 5 years ago while studying Computer Science at Shariatpur Polytechnic Institute in Dhaka. I’ve always been the type of person who prefers turning “what ifs” into “let’s make it happen” and transforming big iDEA into high-impact innovative solutions—because who doesn’t love making things that actually work, right?
In July 2024, I launched Emerge AI on ProductHunt, and we proudly secured the #7 spot of the day. It was an exciting moment for the team, and seeing the app gain such attention felt like all the hard work had paid off. The launch also caught the eye of The Daily Global Nation, an international English newspaper, which highlighted our innovative approach to AI-powered wellness. That was a great way to end an already exciting day.
For Emerge AI, I was selected by the prestigious incubator Plug and Play China, in the heart of the Chongguanchun Haidian startup ecosystem. In a personal milestone, I became the first Bangladeshi founder in this vibrant Beijing tech hub. This was talked about by the people of the Bangladesh community in Beijing—definitely a moment to remember!
Before Emerge AI, I joined PrintAgraphy as a Web Developer & SEO Specialist in late 2020, where I played a key role in its growth, and within six month I promoted as Team Leader. In 2021, I launched ManagerX, a SaaS platform under Softxmind Limited, which now has over 600 active customers. In 2022, I introduced Clickean, an AI-powered CMS platform, which allowed me to sharpen my product development skills.
Alongside my entrepreneurial ventures, I’m currently studying at ‘China University of Petroleum, Beijing‘, where I’m diving into AI Agent-based Research (yes, with a lot of coffee). Under the mentorship of Professor Zhuo Dan Dan, I’m exploring some exciting new technologies and pushing the boundaries of what AI can achieve. I also completed a minor in Business, which has been instrumental in shaping my approach to product management and entrepreneurship.
Over the years, I’ve had the honor of winning the 3rd Bangobondhu Innovation Grand and the 23rd SCM Startup Challenge, both powered by iDEA, ICT Division. Outside of work, I’m passionate about traveling (I try to pack light) and reading nonfiction books—though I occasionally mix it up with a good fiction novel.
